Being a newer player I was lvl 55 when I had my first chance to get him (only managed 4*). Now I'm 78 with a full 7* empire team and I have all the other CLS requirements. So when you got your CLS you had one chance to get him would you have been upset they if didn't run a R2 before the CLS event
