"Dont lose attackers" feat with JML in Conquests

I think CG have been very misleading with this feat, as I am now assuming that they mean don't lose any squad members, as opposed to just not losing attackers. I have wasted energy and crystal refreshes in an attempt to complete the feat. There are other feats that say not to use attackers, where clearly the attacker tag has been implied. I feel CG should refund the 150 crystals I have wasted on this feat, due to there misleading error.
