Double charge

I am currently trying to get a refund in reference to the relic bundle pack that I purchased on March 10. The pack was a one time purchase pack for $9.99 the problem is I was charged twice for the purchase and only received one set of items would like a refund for the second pack or the items given to me either way is fine with me. I hope CG reads this post and will fix this issue for me as Apple is saying I am not entitled to a refund even after explaining I was double charged thanks for your help.
