Double drop ending with sept 24th? [MERGED]
So is this correct? Why does double drop say it ends in 9 hours when the announcement says it runs till the 25th. The first minute of the 25th only? This could suck balls. . .

You'd be wrong. "to" means "until". If it included 9/25, the word would have been "through".
It was in reference to your original comment that 'to' means 'until'. I was also pointing out that it can also means through, depending on who you ask, which supports the assertion that the chosen wording was ambiguous. You understood it to mean what they apparently intended it to mean. Did you also check the timer when the update went live to verify that you and CG were on the same page? If you did, you must have recognized that it could be open to interpretation, which is good on you. If you didn't, why would anybody else if they didn't think they were wrong in there understanding of it, and didn't recognize it as an ambiguous statement?
I don't understand why your so strongly defending the issue, when this is another perfect opportunity to recognize that how things are stated, especially in regards to release notes and other technical details that influence how and when people spend their money, is important and should be given more thought. Had it been given the attention it deserves, this thread wouldn't even exist.
