@CG_Kozispoon Double Drops were announced that they would go through the 25th. However I no longer have them showing in my game not do several of my guildmates. Can we get an explanation as to why they aren't there please?

Why did you cut the double drops a day early? The event stated 9/22-9/25 which in the business world means through 23:59:59 on 9/25. Seems like you mislead your constituents regarding the event which isn't nice as it didn't last the full 96 hours.

Sux that you have a different interpretation than the other half of the playerbase.

In europe double drop stop on the 24th at 11pm

I woke up this morning, on the 25th, and double drops have stopped. The last time I was able to participate in the double drops was on the 24th before going to bed. That sounds like a good case to me to say it ended a day early, I can't see how there is another interpretation that means the last day is excluded. Not sure I agree with the 23:59 thing, but at least for some of that day.

Are you honestly saying if you saw a sign on a book shop that read "JK Rowling signing copies of the Harry Potter book from 22nd-25th", you would expect that means the last day is the 24th? And if you turned up on the 25th she would be gone. Really?

This board has way too much nagging, so it's funny that you decided to call it out on one of the rare occasions where the point raised is actually valid. I'm pretty sure more than 99% of people would interpret 22nd-25th to mean the 22nd, 23th, 24th, 25th.

It's not a big issue. Just a bit of unclear communication. But a valid point nonetheless.

EA provides a countdown timer and said double drops to, not through, the 25th. What more could you want?
