Based on the up coming tournament schedule, no one in charge is listening. It appears the tournaments are a good revenue stream somehow. Otherwise they would not be running them. I hate them and refuse to spend anymore ally points on them. But I don't see an end coming. Apparently customer feedback is a thing of the past.
