Better, yes, but still think he's too fast (162 base is faster than sidious, yoda, sabine, Sass, Boba, and nearly even with Rey, Jyn, Zam and Leia), the basic does too many DoTs and there's no need for an assist on the AOE ability block + buff immunity. If two of the three issues are fixed I'll roll over and agree. He'd still be a great new toon for droid team, Zader team or separatist team (if that ever happens).
