Drop rates dropped with latest update?

Idk I'm still about 1/20 on stun cuffs, seems the same to me, unfortunately...

Not sure if it's from update but ever since I hit level 70. It usually takes me 100 energy to get 5 blue gear pieces and about 120 for 2 purple

My drop rate of omegas and zetas seems much lower for the last three weeks now. Not sure why i get like 0/3 in omegas on two attempts per week. It used to be quite better before. Zeta is similarly bad now but not quite

Yes, the drop rates have indeed been nerfed. Drop rates for blue gear are .5%. Purple gear are .05%. And for zetas, you are randomly allocated one per year.
