EA account wrongly banned

On April 16, 2025, I changed the email address associated with my EA account because the former email was not available any more. The next day, I discovered that my EA account had been mistakenly banned. As a result, I am unable to log in, play, or make purchases in the game "Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes" under this account. I‘ve tried to appeal but nothing works. I would like to call for any help.
