I have opened 3 different tickets with EA help and every single one has told me that I already have the rewards. Am I blind? I sent them a screen shot of my account clearly not having the rewards and they respond by telling me that I do. I am so fed up with this as my card has been charged and I have been trying for almost two weeks to get the bundle that I’ve already payed for.
