EA Customer Service

I have opened 3 different tickets with EA help and every single one has told me that I already have the rewards. Am I blind? I sent them a screen shot of my account clearly not having the rewards and they respond by telling me that I do. I am so fed up with this as my card has been charged and I have been trying for almost two weeks to get the bundle that I’ve already payed for.

  • EA doesn't have customer service. They have a chatbot and maybe an outsourced clueless person somewhere who has no knowledge of EA products.

    Best bet is to file a dispute with your credit card compy and provide these TT logs as proof if asked by your bank.

  • Maybe open up a ticket here?  The EA staff here are ...proper EA staff.  Otherwise, yeah just open a dispute with your card company.  The forum is full of similar complaints.

    I can't remember how LSBs work, but I thought it was instant.  Check your inbox though, just in case there's something there.
