EA Customer Service

I have opened 3 different tickets with EA help and every single one has told me that I already have the rewards. Am I blind? I sent them a screen shot of my account clearly not having...

Maybe open up a ticket here? The EA staff here are ...proper EA staff. Otherwise, yeah just open a dispute with your card company. The forum is full of similar complaints.

I can't remember how LSBs work, but I thought it was instant. Check your inbox though, just in case there's something there.
