EA help, is not helpful. Need real assistance.

EA help is trash, they follow a script and have no clue about the game, referring me to Jedi survivor, battlefront, etc. Best recourse would be having a CG employee manually add to your account. Hopefully you get this resolved!

I would advise against charge backs, most game companies will just ban/block your account. Not sure how EA/CG handles charge backs though.
