I was double charged 80 dollars in the webstore, it looked like a PayPal error so contacted them first. I don't usually buy stuff all that often.
Oooh boy just received a threatening enail from EA, yada yada about account ban etc. chargebacks are fraud etc. Contact EA help etc. still have paid twice, they will remove the cyrstals i paid twice for and I still won't get refunded for either payment.
It's terrible customer service and I was already close to logging off permanently prior to the lousy game changes. Feel completely ripped off
