EA help, is not helpful. Need real assistance.

I don't think I've ever dealt with worse customer service in my life. The next person comes on and tells me how to fix an issue with not getting GAC rewards.... and then the next person comes on asking if I had a problem with the r2d2 bundle. What is the point of the past 8 days of conversation if they keep switching techs handling the issue and they can't review any of the previous information and they only chat at 3am in the morning when the majority of us are asleep.
