EA help is not helpful

I just need to vent for a minute. I accidentally lost my account and have been trying to get it back for days. Opened a ticket and contacted them in game. Both formats are incredibly horrible. Every response takes 24-48 hours and it is a new person responding every time. How are they ever supposed to actually help with this format? Is that the intention? To never actually be helpful but give the facade that help is available?
