EA refusal to deliver purchased crystals- can someone help me urgently

Hello dear community. I need urgent help. I have the following problem and EA Help support just won't help me.

I bought something in the InGame Store on Thursday and during the transaction my game hung due to an error/bugg and had to reload or log in again. The problem with this: shortly before reloading, the amount for the purchase of the crystals was debited. However, after reloading, the crystals I purchased have not been refunded or delivered to me. I've been trying to clarify this with EA support since then, but they told me twice on the phone that the transaction had taken place, which it didn't do. I'm standing there now, bought something, paid for it but didn't receive it and they don't want to help me or they refuse to give me a refund. And when I addressed the PayPal buyer protection, the help support immediately threatened me with banning and blocking my account.

I think it's an absolute cheek that I'm refused help and reimbursement and even threatened with ban and blocking if I get Hilde from Paypal or even Appel.
And no one from Help Support wants to prove to me in writing that the delivery has arrived. They don't even want to help me out of goodwill.
