EA Store Link
Not sure where to post this but this is the third time I’ve worked with EA Help chat trying to resolve why I can’t link to the EA Store. The first two times I was told I did not have an adult account and didn’t want to give personal information for a mobile game. Today I broke down and provided proof of date of birth and got this response
I have checked this for you with the team and was trying to go ahead but it seems that at this point of time, we are having some issues with our systems to update the date of birth. I am very sorry for this but please do not worry, in this case, I would request you to please try to contact us back later as once the issue on our systems is fixed, we will surely help you further. I again apologise for this sudden issue and be assured, once the issue is fixed, we will be glad to help!
This is ridiculous that I can’t get access to a potential revenue generator for EA. Just so frustrated is there any other avenue to take.
