Easy counter to phoneix squad

Speed advantage can be overcome. Every zaul team I battle they all normally take turns before me.

Correct, but that has lkittle to do with this squad being the Zaul counter but rather another character being the counter (rex).

If another phoenix comes out with good DPS and good unique then a phoenix + Rex would be an option. Rex for the initial debuffs and Phoenix heal on debuff afterwards.

I just don't see herra's leader ability being that great without another good unique.
