Easy counter to phoneix squad

I think Phoenix will be like zeta Jedi squad. Annoying to kill, potentially, but no threat to meta. On a relative basis, garbage if you take the expense into account. But at least they only require money, not zetas which is actually nice.

I am farming them but have low expectations.
