This definitely hurts Cody, although it was obviously a bug, so not unexpected (err...I guess fixing bugs IS unexpected here, isn't it).
I do fully disagree that this means clones aren't a powerful team. I still believe clones are THE best teams in the game. Those clone teams just doesn't include Cody.
