I will respectfully dispute the points made in favor of talia over daka.
Talias heal is strong yes but she sacrifices herself to do so making her an easy target and no real way to tecover her health effectivly.
Daka has weaker heal but she has a very effective stun, can revive herself, has a decent chance to revive others.
Daka > talia by a mile due to daka's utility and use outside of dark exclusive missions imo
