If you have bad RNG for zetas, I can understand the frustration. But zetas shouldn't be easy to get.
Moreover, every toon does not "require" a zeta, as BubbaFett said.
I know plenty of end game, non-whale players that earn 2-3 zetas a month...they don't know what to do with them. You don't just slap them on every toon that has a zeta ability.
Further, if you want zetas, farm the squads that give you them in the events (ewoks, NS, etc.)
