No offense, but is this all you do? I've seen like 10+ thought out concepts of characters. That's a lot of time and effort for something i'm pretty sure they can't use. It's like sending a script to a studio unsolicited on your own. They'll return it un-opened. To much risk of a lawsuit. I'd wager they've been told a similar thing at CG.
I guess players will be honoured if their ideas get acknowledged
Some people write concepts just because they want to. Yes, he wants his concepts to be noticed by CG (if his concepts are added, it will be very cool), but some, like me, write concepts just so that someone will appreciate their ideas, and whether the developers notice or not - it does not matter to them.
