Eligibility for Territory War
Hello. If someone joins a guild after the Preview Phase of territory war starts are they eligible to sign up? Thanks in advance.

That's not exactly right. If they join before the preview phase is over, they can sign up, even if they join with 5 minutes left in the preview phase.
They cannot sign up for TW if they join after the preview phase. Just like they can't hit a raid that was started before they joined the guild.
