Embo = Cad Bane Rework? Maybe?!

I’m with you guys on a rework, but is there $$$ to be made from a cad rework? It’s more economical to release a character that “fixes “ a faction rather than rework it.
Bounty hunters had a rework, gave them contracts and they got alittle better. Relegated to a TW novelty and another option for the sith brick wall. Few months later we get Embo. Now BHs are better, able to heal and counter.
Jedi rework? Nah just release a character that makes them better. Bastlia anyone?
Point is I hope I’m wrong and they rework a lot of characters in game cause I would like to use them again but have to ask your self, is there any money in it?
