Empire needs more healers/cleansers!

I feel like a Mud trooper and Mimban Stormtrooper would be a bit excessive, and we should get the Scout Trooper first.in fact, Scout could have a cleanse, under the pretense of having advanced knowledge, to help the squad prepare.
