Empty Slot Autofill for Fleet Arena

Can you guys please stop empty slots from autofilling when I click to set up a fleet arena battle? There are now several fleets where (because your AI doesn't default to the order the reinforcements are slotted) it's better to leave slots empty, and that's the way I want my fleet set up. It's annoying to have to change EVERY TIME ... just leave the fleet as the last one I used (with empty slots) until I change it.
