Nobody can explain that because we haven't seen Kylo's UA. That's my point. It was like that with GAS. Once we see it maxed out, then we can draw conclusions.
Yes... but Rey doesn’t need her UA (or even a decent team) to auto-obliterate anything and everything. So I’m not seeing how that’s justifiable.
I'm not saying who will be better than the other. But I imagine Kylo will be much better with the UA. Who knows, maybe he'll be the only one who can defeat Rey.
This isn't too different from Negotiator vs Malevolence, in my opinion.
