My enemy got 1905 banners with out playing and I set a full defence ?? He played one match and the score stayed the same too. Can you guys go in and give me the crystals and zeta as if I had won?? Why should I lose because the scoring is broken ??
It's a bug, CG knows about it for years and they won't compensate you for this thing. They don't care about the bug either. I was in the same situation, they acknowledged the bug and when I ask for compensation, they went playing dead.
Or, better still, don’t.
This bug has been reported before, and although it must be frustrating as hell for the OP, it’s a bug.
We regularly see people claim CG “need to do more” about cheaters. Maybe if they weren’t investigating false flags so frequently, they could do more.

Your opponent didn't do anything wrong. Sometimes the buggy max score happens as if you didn't set a defense, so your opponent gets max score. Submit a help ticket about it and tell them what happened.
Not sure why people would think he's cheating if he did zero attacks.
Try reporting it in the Bug section of the forum instead of the General Discussion area
why though i should have won, but I didn't, and it is their fault, so they should give me the rewards as if i did win. There is nothing stopping them from compensating me
That is not how it works, unfortunetely. You lost round and you are not gonna get compensation for this, this is purely CG fault not your opponent. There is also a bug that is happening a lot of times when people are winning battles when timer reach 0 and they get 5 points(for beating opoonent team) but 0 for the win and they cant literally win if opponent wont drop any battles. Unlucky but that is life sometimes
All I ask is that the correct score is given and if they can’t do that to compensate with the crystals and the zeta material along with the GAC championship points
There’s no way this is a cheater. Reporting the player is a massive waste of CG’s time.
