Enough with inquisitors in shipments

I am getting so tired of seeing nothing but inquisitors in the first slots of daily shipments. I swear it's the same 2 morons everyday even when the shipment rotates.

Conquest issue
I am having a problem finishing the first level of easy conquest. None of the enemies die. They all stay on minimal health regardless of attack. Am I doing something wrong?
