Enough With The Text Speak

The TOS does not allow people to use all capital letters. Great rule. So then why do we allow people to say things like "U no bro that ur posts make u sound 2 b lame"? Every time I read something...

it's actually slower for me to type in text speak. I don't know how people do it.
