This is what the entire debacle boils down to. CG, you made a bad decision and noone elected to ignore it. Yes, by now we understand that you want us to use GET for EC characters so that we are forced to buy gear with crystals. Also, by now you must realize, you are doomed. You must understand by now that the whole model was wrong. So stop this whole nonsense with reconciliation plans, just make both Malak and Anakin 7* unlocks.

I agree they should be 7* unlock having G12, then G13 then Relics and 6e mods unavailable until your are 7* makes the new characters next to worthless.People wont spend in future to get the new characters which will kill the game

The game has moved on from when Malak launched when Gear 11 5* was still viable. CG seriously needs to do some damage control, people are leaving in flocks at the moment over bad decisions like this.

Just look at the fact that only 6k people got GS the first time around, less than half of the number that got JKR. People know that toons are worthless at 5* and aren't gonna pay money to unlock them then have to wait 6 months to farm enough GET to 7* them.

Look at me for an example. I paid, a lot, to unlock Malak yet he sat unused for a good portion of 3-4 months because I didn’t have the GET to take him to 6* let alone 7*. Why would I pay more money for GS when I know the same thing would have happened. It’s honestly the worst business decision you could ever make.

They call them EPIC confrontations but there is nothing EPIC about the prize as the op and others have stated a 5* units is useless and the fact it could cost upwards of $700 to get the required units and ships upto scratch for the general Skywalker event is crazy and a total waste of time.
Also as someone who only just unlocked malak (my fault I went for the wookie and falcon first) but I wont be taking malak to 7* as will be saving my gec1 for general Skywalker, why waste the gec1 on a unit that by the time he is 7* plus gear plus relics he will be over a year old ffs oh yes malak will be totally relevant then wont he?
This is a total joke of an event type and the fact players on mass chose to not rush to unlock GS reflects this.

CG GET A GRIP AND STOP TRYING TO KILL
Before you push every player free to play by YOUR bad design of events and total dedication to greed

5* unlocks are killing the mood: waiting months to use GAS is very frustrating, makes me think of quitting even after all thousands spent for almost 4 years of playing.

I thought the plan all along was to have the event be repeatable for crystals and that's the way it should be. Give people choices.

This should be the galaxy of choices. That's what it was. That's what makes it worth playing. When you take away the options, you take away the fun.

No, it will be worse. 3 star unlock and GET2 currency needed. 25k minimum to compete and the EC toon will be OPAH (overpowered as heck) so everyone will want him/her/it.
