Both Kleya and Vel are 4* level 24 for me though I did buy the battle pass. 45/65 shards for each as a result. I'm as maxed out as I can be at this stage. Can't get past Rank 2 in the Colosseum, Almost took down the 3 guards with a very clean run but, got to 99% on the last one and started hitting for 1 dmg even on crits. So, 99% is my ceiling at this stage I think.

Regards Era Challenge, I beat T1 with ease. T2 went down second attempt and only just at that.

So some how you got a battlepass for free 🤭 ha. Without spending any money right 😏 I believe you. Absolutely. 

I don’t have a battle pass. 

I’m beginning to doubt myself here. I absolutely have not spent cash. That’s for certain. 

I have checked in with other players and it looks like I must have got a single 399 crystal pack of Era Level Currency. I don’t remember doing that, but with what you and others have pointed out it seems clear I must have got one (only one) of those packs. 

Still, I’m sure people who have fully engaged should get far enough for the t2 completion by the end of the event. 

The ones gated behind shards, which you need crystals to get, something you said you hadn’t spent? I’m convinced both of us are telling the truth, but something definitely isn’t working out, because I’ve missed at most one daily, and that’s not enough to get me to max crate (at 46 at the moment)

I said (though have subsequently cast doubt on this) that I hadn’t spent crystals / cash on Era Level Currency. Using crystals on shards for marquee units isn’t the same thing. 

Since the new marquee structure I’ve always used crystals so the units reach 5* on the final day of their event. I do this because I’ve got nothing else to spend them on.

If DarjeloSalas put some crystals into the marquees, he will have collected some Episode Points from character quests which means, at this point, if he's completed the F2P daily feats, would put him at lvl50 of the episode and into bonus crates. 

As an experiment, I didn't buy this episode pass because I wanted to see for myself what the timeline is on reaching lvl50 of the track F2P. I have not spent crystals on marquees--I never spend crystals on gamble packs. My Kleia and Vel are only 3 stars. I am currently on lvl 48 of the free track. There are still 5 more daily quests in this episode. I could skip a couple of them and still complete the whole F2P track before the next episode begins. 

No need to only take my word for it. I have receipts. 

Holy hell, how is this still a misunderstanding that persists. 

You can get crystals without spending money. You can use the crystals to buy gamble packs. Gamble packs get you character shards. Having more character shards gets you Episode Points from character quests. Having a stash of crystals doesn't mean that the player spent money. Plenty of players manage to stash thousands of crystals F2P. 

A buncha silly geese in this thread honking when they know nothing. 

He initially claimed he hadn't spent any crystals or money. Then he even got caught by claiming he'd gotten the currency from the Episode Trek crate. He couldn't have gotten the rewards from that crate without a Battle Pass. 

Well you can't reach the bonus crat right now without a battle pass 😏
