error event rey jedi training

When the Rey event ended, it gave an error and restarted the game alone and when it came back I opened the event and it was completed, but I didn't receive the 50 reward fragments. What can be done to receive this reward, they didn't resolve the issue via chat and forwarded it to me here on the forum. my operating system is Android alliance code: 138-994-158
