Then why does the TM Gain go away when you Dispel the Taunt?
QGJ dispels all positive status effects — not only buffs. Hence it makes perfect sense that he can dispell both effects. Skills that only dispel buffs like Baze's two dispels, however, should only remove the taunt and not the second effect. If it removes both, then something is not working as it's described in skill descriptions
