Much like World of Warcraft, you had an actual dodge stat. It could be 0, yet you could still dodge. You could even have a dodge debuff, and still dodge. Why?

Because regardless of buffs/debuffs/bonus to dodge stats, your base dodge is always 5%. Always. Period.

So, quite possibly, this game is set up the same way.
No dodge team leader? Well guess what:
5% base dodge - 25% dodge debuff = 5% base dodge. Because you can't drop below the base.

That is literally programmed into almost every game I know of, I cant think of why it would be different here.

Even with this in effect, the chances of it being twice in in a row would be... *opens calculator*

Realistic huh. Even if what you're saying is true, my point is still valid - evasion is rigged.

Also, if it was THAT simple, the developers would have just said so and put everyone's worries to sleep. So why haven't they?
