Right. Since the cost of many of the later missions (level 7 hard, etc) is 20 energy but only 1 sim ticket, for 120 energy refill you only use 6 sims. The energy to sim ticket ratio gets sim heavy because the energy cost per mission sky rockets disproportionately.
