Correct me if I'm wrong, the general feeling is that it can beat everyone on offence and is not unbeatable on defence when the AI takes over.
If that's not as CG intended it to perform, does that mean they actually want it to be unbeatable on defence?
That's so far down the wrong path if so. Just my opinion. If you have one character that is unbeatable, its not Galaxy of Heroes, its just Galaxy of Hero.
As it used to be, and as some of us want it to be.
At this level of investment, another fleet that can be beat by multiple existing fleets is worthless.
It's not worthless if it can beat every single other fleet. Can any other fleet claim to be able to do that, now that the Executor is out?
Male, Nego and Home (with relic Uwing) can do that.
But is there not worth in a higher consistency of winning?
Frankly no, not really. Certainly not at this level of requirements and investment.
The majority of players with at least 1 focussed and developed fleet from the existing options can consistently beat the other existing fleets. The main value in investing in Executor was the advertised level it would be at where existing meta fleets would 'have a chance' against it at 4-stars but that at 7-stars you'd be needing to mirror it - that's what Miller sold it as in his pre-release interview - and holding on Defense to non-Executors or lower starred ones was the main plus point to investing in it, along with guarding against being locked out of top arena spots by other shard spenders who went for Executor
