There are definitely issues, mainly the thing with low stars being better, but this whining is too much.

The star differential issue is what people are most concerned about. That should've been priority one and fixed or at least close to fixed by now. Maybe it is... we'd never know though.

The defensive viability against old fleets is the lesser concern but still a valid one. Nobody wants new things to be completely unbeatable but you should have to work for it and be subject to RNG smoking you. I've been on both sides of the coin in the past and they've typically struck a good balance (eventually). I expect they'll do the same here.
