Thanks crzydroid. I've been getting by with Negotiator vs 4-5-6* Executor. As of today there are many more 7* and they aren't easy to beat. I'll check out the Malevolence lineup. The events you mention were prior to the JG for me, so laid out very differently. It's just 30 days of less Fleet rewards than #1. I'll get by - just really disappointed and wish it were clearer.
