Usually these only show up when the event is active. They may have had them on for a set period of time after. You will have to wait until the next event. My advice is to save some crystals-- if you were willing to spend 1250 on the packs, you should be able to save some for the 999 refreshes.
That's not true. This has been available (outside of the official executor event) everyday for at least six months straight. I know there is an event 1x per month. I am not talking about that at all. I purchased most of my executor shards through this since I unlocked it. If you didn't know this was available, that's fine but please don't comment on this thread.
