Executor unlock method concerns.. Confirmed
As per the latest news from the devs (there has been a recent stream on twitch from cg crumb in which he briefly talked about the executor event) it looks like whatever kind of event it'll be, we won'...

That the format will be the same as this

Expect the worst, full relic pilots to “get in the door” and 7 star ships for the 4 star unlock.
Then start buying refreshes if you want to max it day one (and that wouldn’t even be the case, as nineteen refreshes at 999 crystals each will leave you 6 star 50/100, you would still have to wait for the second occurrence and purchase another 4 refreshes to hit 7 stars).
That said, to this day, 5 star Malevolence and Negotiator can still climb to the top of fleet arena against R8 fleets, and with Executor purported to have a power level (paraphrasing) ‘commensurate with the effort to unlock’, I’d fully expect that even a 4 star Executor will hold it’s own in fleet arena.
