People are surprised by this but to me it sounds legit.
To unlock it at 7* you need to spend MONEY. It has always been like this. Easy.
BTW, with all the money you guys are earning, when are you going to fix the TW matchmaker?
So at least we could have an actual fun playing the event with your expensive characters and ships.
