Executor Unlock

Shouldn't be possible. Final tier to unlock requires 7* ships.

Edit: could possibly be done with packs, but I can't remember if the pack shows once you've completed the event (with 7* ships and unlocked the Bonus Tier) or once you reach the prerequisites for the event (lower ship star requirements). If its the latter unlocking with packs is possible.

I think you can get it 4* without a 7* Razor Crest, but it needs to at least be 5*. 5-7* Executor needs a 7* Razor Crest iirc tho.

As long as a player meets the prerequirements for the event (r8 Piett, + other BH at certain relic levels) they can purchase the pack from the store for crystals and skip the event, and the ships needed for the event, entirely
