I have voluntary vanguard (marked) and leaders resolve on my lead, Enfys Nest.
Yet, effin phoenix squadron is able to target everyone else. Wtf!?

I watched the video. you don't have a tank on the field with you at start of battle. no tank = no taunt. you need an auto taunt tank toon like Sith Empire Trooper, Shore Trooper or KRU. the tank will draw enemy fire away from Enfys, Traya, HYoda, etc.

No, not necessarily at all since the disk gives an undispellable taunt to the strongest ally that stays til that character is defeated
