I have voluntary vanguard (marked) and leaders resolve on my lead, Enfys Nest. Yet, effin phoenix squadron is able to target everyone else. Wtf!? See video

I watched the video. you don't have a tank on the field with you at start of battle. no tank = no taunt. you need an auto taunt tank toon like Sith Empire Trooper, Shore Trooper or KRU. the tank will draw enemy fire away from Enfys, Traya, HYoda, etc.
