Yep still happening and still impacting players negatively. CG Leadership aren't concerned about it though, unless it severely impacts revenue. Maybe when it does they'll put some priority resources on getting it fixed. Add to that their latest patch broke ISC so he's a ball of lag in any event.
They haven't had a release or new character that wasn't bugged in roughly two years now? The list of bugs is pages long. There's no communication from CG leadership at all. (who is even in charge?) My perception is that CG leadership has no respect for players, our time, our concerns, or actions in game that impact us negatively. (especially if we've been here for years and are over 10 mil GP) Maybe they have a little respect for our wallets, but that's an inanimate object. Whoever's in charge must be on autopilot and playing assembly line with the game of "just release it!" with whatever they have in the chute.
My level of concern with the game continues to wane with every new issue, broken release, bug, packs that are for new players, and help ticket I get a response to of, "post that on the forums for an answer!" (Why is EA paying people to be "help desk" that don't help. I don't need directions to the forums.)
Oh and if I may add, Ahsoka isn't the GL. Ezra is. Ahsoka, Rey, and JMK are his lifters.
