Hello guys so my Heroes account got banned a couple days ago and i have no clue why and i havent gotten any information about it it says that i was emailed but ive never gotten one and my support request have been unanswered for a while now plus my device is locked i cant log in with another account or anything

ive already did a appeal but why wont i get messaged if they take actions or not i feel like getting scammed paying so much getting falsely banned for nothing is the email support also possible for SWGOH? or only the ticket system?

The only way to appeal a ban, is the link Lanna dropped. It does take time for them to review it.
