All of a sudden I can't farm incomplete signal data any more. Has this been limited with the update? Was this intended or even announced? CG wanted to make it easier to farm relic-mats by such means? Nice.
Yes it is, I farmed it today😅 You go to Campaigns -> Cantina and it's on the same node as it was before.

I can still find Fragmented Data in 8C and Incomplete Data in 8F of the Cantina. Have you tried a full refresh of the game? I am sure that you will have, but it never hurts to ask.
Looks like a very old bug: Searching for mats from the character screen sometimes doesn't show farming locations or shipments.

Yeah. You're right in the Cantina node it's there. 1st time I came across this bug in the character menu, so I didn't check it any further. Thanks.
