Feature - Ability to Reorder Tabs

Reordering of tabs is a pretty basic function of lists everywhere.  It would be nice to be able to reorder your tabs. For example, in the Squad and Fleet sections. As it is currently, if you want to have a specific tab at the top, you have to either delete all the ones above it, or you have to scroll down every time if you have multiple tabs.  Very inefficient.  Reordering would be awesome.
